This event is for children aged 4 years and younger and their guardians. Classes have three varying age ranges of 'baby pre-crawlers', 'toddlers up to two' and 'little ones up to four', however the story and content of the activities is the same across all classes on each date. The age ranges are there to encourage similar aged children to be present and interact together, however we allow all those aged 0-4 to be in any class.
Tickets must be purchased for all babies and children present no matter how old they are.
No refunds or exchanges will be given.
A free ticket for a carer accompanying a guest with a disability can be requested on +44 (0)20 7942 5000, Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00, subject to availability.
You may change your booking to an alternative date for the same event as long as you inform us at least 30 days before the date of your original booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability and must take place within one year of your original booking.
A £10 administration will be charged for each changed ticket.
The Museum reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the activities. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for all guests at all times.
The event will begin promptly. We cannot allow you to join the event after it has commenced and no refunds will be given to latecomers.
If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch before the event.
