The event starts at 19.00 and finishes at 21.00. If you arrive after 20.30 we won’t be able to let you in.

Enter using our Central Entrance on Cromwell Road. You’ll need a valid ticket to get in.

Booking is required and tickets are non-refundable.

This event is for family groups. All children must be accompanied by adults – children cannot attend alone. Adults are not allowed to enter without a child. We may reach out to any ticketholder who’s purchased a single ticket.

Health and safety

Adults are responsible for their children and must ensure they behave safely during the event. For the purpose of safeguarding all groups must stick to the following minimum adult:child ratios:

• 1 adult : 1 to 3 children
• 2 adults : 4 to 5 children
• 3 adults : 6 to 12 children
• 4 adults : 13 to 20 children

Lights in the hall will be dimmed and the floor is a hard surface.

The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden at the event. We reserve the right to search bags, test your liquids and confiscate any alcohol. Anyone behaving inappropriately, for alcohol-related or other reasons, may be ejected from the event at the discretion of the Event Manager and our Security Team.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated and their tickets will not be refunded.

Facilities

There will be a free cloakroom available.

Bars will be serving soft drinks and snacks. This is an alcohol-free event.

Bathrooms can be found at the back of Hintze Hall, under the arch of the right-hand staircase.

Terms and conditions

Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred or used for promotional, commercial or fundraising purposes without the prior written permission from us. More ticketing terms can be found here.

Photography and filming may take place during the event, in which you may be identifiable. These images may be used by us for marketing purposes on our website, social media and printed publicity materials. If you have any concerns about being photographed, speak to a member of our staff at the event.

Ticket prices are subject to change.

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the event. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for everyone at all times.
