Rocket Yoga

Rocket is a fiery, uplifting and playful practise of Ashtanga yoga but with less focus on perfecting a specific alignment and more on flowing in a way that feels accessible, authentic and right for you. Rocket works through all the joints of the body with plenty of abdominal strengthening, hip-openers, backbends and twists.

Remember to bring your own yoga mat.
