Join us for an evening of calm and connection as Tibetan bowls, gongs and other ancient sound-healing instruments fill the air with their pure, resonant tones. Stretch out on soft mattresses and let your senses delight in the melodies of Ravel, Debussy and Einaudi, brought to life on piano, cello, bamboo flute and gentle vocal tones. Let the music transport you to a state of blissful presence.

Begin your day in harmony with a serene morning gathering. Embrace the magical stillness of morning light as you’re guided through a rejuvenating facial self-massage using nourishing oils. Then, sink into deep relaxation on soft mattresses, cushions and blankets as Tibetan bowls and gongs create a calming soundscape. Pianist Christina McMaster will bring the session to a beautiful close with the exquisite sounds of live classical piano.

Accessibility information
- Step-free access and seating are available upon request.
- An accessible toilet is available at the back of the Main Hall on the ground floor, under the stairs.
Visiting information
- All ages are welcome, but the session is recommended for ages 16+.
- Bookings are required. You won’t be able to buy a ticket at the door.
- No refunds will be given. You may change your booking to an alternative date as long as you let us know at least 30 days before the date of your original booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability and must take place within one year of your original booking.
- There will be a £10 admin fee for moving a ticket.
- Use our main entrance on Cromwell Road.
- Our Central Cafe will open after the morning session at 09.15 and will be serving hot drinks and snacks.
- Our cafe will be closed for the evening session, but water fountains will be available.
- Our cloakroom will not be open during the event, so we recommend you travel light.
- The event will begin promptly. We won’t be able to let you into the event if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- Ticket prices are subject to change.
- Photography and filming may take place during this event. These images may be used for our marketing purposes. If you have any concerns about being featured, speak to our staff.
- We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the activities. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for all visitors at all times.

What to bring
- Extra layers. The temperature in Hintze Hall fluctuates throughout the year so make sure you have clothing to put on or take off so that you’re comfortable throughout the session. You may also want to bring a blanket.
- A reusable water bottle. We’re working hard to reduce our carbon footprint, so we no longer sell single-use plastic bottles of water. We have water refill stations available around the building.
