A team of scientists at the Natural History Museum have been carrying out detailed analysis of human remains recovered from across London.

The remains were excavated over a century ago and are now cared for in the Museum's collections.

The human remains collections includes 740 individuals who lived in London over the last 5,000 years.

Museum scientists have uncovered fascinating insights into lives and deaths of the people that once lived in the capital, from the Neolithic to the Victorian era.
